"I LOVE HOW EACH PIECE FROM JA IS A LITTLE TREASURE AND CAN BE WORN AS SUCH, OR THAT YOU CAN PILE ON MORE AND MORE. THERE IS SO MUCH ROOM FOR PERSONAL STYLE IN JACQUIE’S JEWELRY."
You started out as client at JA, what first drew you to the brand?
I love how each piece from JA is a little treasure and can be worn as such, or that you can pile on more and more. There is so much room for personal style in Jacquie’s jewelry.
Your career has exploded recently, anything you’d credit this too?
Thank you! I think being true to myself and picking projects because I love them opposed to any other reason has been a huge help to my career expanding.
What was it like working with Naj for the first time? Any good gossip from set?
Naj is a true artist, he is so focused and inspired when shooting. Finding someone who loves women and can shoot women being sexy without objectifying them is unfortunately rare in fashion photographers, but Naj has that eye.
Which JA piece are you dying to get your hands on? I'm a little diamond obsessed right now, and there is a piece Jacquie called the “Elizabeth Taylor" necklace that is so timeless and special. I also love the gold bra with diamond details.
Any super special pieces the Bartoli sister’s pulled that you loved? All of the looks were beautiful and had their own vibe and world. I especially loved the onyx and gold look we layered on.
You wore a lot of gemstones and crystals that day, did you feel any kind of kinship with the jewels? I travel a lot and get exhausted and stressed from it. I love the idea of wearing something on your body that makes you feel centered and calm.
What qualities do you love to see in other women? I like women who have strength, confidence and humor.
Last great adventure you went on? Tokyo! I loved the feel of Tokyo, not to mention the culture and the food. I'm hoping to go back this year.
Rose gold or yellow gold? Both and at the same time.
